Arabian salad


1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil

1/2 cup (100 g.) chopped or sliced tomatoes

1/4 (60 g.) cup dry bulgur

1/2 dash black pepper

2 tbsps. lemon juice

2 oz (60 g.) green onions

2 oz. (60 g.) parsley

1 cup (240 g.) water

In a bowl add the cooked bulgur and ingredients.

Mix all the ingredients and place in refrigerator 2 hours before serving.
